August 2025Le logement proposé est fidèle à l'annonce. L'emplacement est idéal dans cette petite ville de la côte. L'appartement était bien rangé et propre et il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour notre court séjour. L'environnement est agréable mais il faut prendre en compte quelques points. L'immeuble est vivant et en période estivale, il y a du passage jusque tard dans la nuit. Les commodités sont à proximités mais c'est aussi un point de départ pour les belles plages de la Costa Calma. Nous sommes restés que deux nuits donc n'avons pas pu tout voir aux alentours. Gianluca a été très arrangeant et a fait en sorte de nous satisfaire dans nos demandes. Nous en sommes reconnaissants et recommandons ce logement.

July 2025Good Airbnb and great communication by Gianluca&Vanessa, they were really helpful, even refunded a laundry detergent we bought. The apartment was as described and looked like the photos, beds were comfortable. Only issues we had was lack of dish soap/sponge (probably the cleaning person forgot, we had some anyways), and the noise during the evening/night coming from upper floor. Other than that all went well

January 2025I stayed in this place for almost a month and had a great time. The apartment is as described. The wifi is very good, I had no problems with my remote working or taking video calls. The host is very communicative, there were some maintenance issues in the beginning which the host was not aware of, and he solved them straight away. The parking lot in front of the building is very spacious, I never had problems with finding a parking spot. Overall very good place, can definitely recommend to others.
