This house was perfect for our group of two couples and two children. It’s spacious, comfortable, and located in an area that felt very safe throughout our stay. The pool was a real highlight—generously sized with a depth of 1.68m, and heating it to 28°C made it even more enjoyable. We also appreciated that both pool and shower towels were provided. The kitchen was very well equipped, making it easy to cook meals at home. Having three bathrooms was another big plus, especially for a larger group. Caterina was an excellent host—very responsive and thoughtful. She even went out of her way to buy espresso cups for us when she found out we were the first Italian family staying there, which was a lovely touch. I would recommend renting a car unless you enjoy longer walks, as it makes getting around much more convenient. We took a taxi from Airport to Calle Las Palmeras and it was 70Euros for 45 minutes journey.. Overall, a fantastic stay and a property we would happily recommend.

Casa Desi was beautiful, with all the amenities you could ask for to have a relaxing break. The location is quiet and an easy drive into town. Everything was super clean and organised. The pool and outside area was perfect to enjoy some sunshine.

Die Villa war sehr schön und hatte alles was wir benötigten. Caterina eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar. Also alles in allem ein sehr schönes Haus, in dem man sich sehr wohl fühlen kann. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Vl kann Caterina Langzeitaufenthalte überdenken mit Zwischenreinigung, Ersatzbettwäsche, mehr Reinigungstücher zum mal Waschbecken reinigen. Wir waren 3,5 Wochen. Betten waren sehr bequem. SZ Türen wackeln und rattern wenn geschlossen bei Wind. Da muss man was dazwischen basteln. Da es sich um ein Reihenmittelhaus handelt, muss Poolpersonal und evtl andere Handwerker immer durchs Haus, was aufgrund des Windes für uns immer wieder eine Reinigung bedeutet hatte, man geht auch durchs Haus wenn keiner da ist. Nachbarn links und rechts können laut sein. Viel Sand von der Papagayo Gegend da letzte Häuser Reihe. Fast tägliche Terrassenreinigung nötig

Great holiday home in a lovely location. With everything we needed for a relaxing week in Playa Blanca. Walking distance to the amazing Citurna restaurant (10mins), supermarket (15mins) and 1 hour walk to Papagayo beach. The heated pool was really handy (extra charge) and was used everyday.

We had a lovely stay at Caterina's place. It was very clean and really well equipped - it makes all the difference being well stocked. The villa is located in a peaceful and tranquil location with stunning views of both the ocean and mountains. There are lots of activities and restaurants (Citurna is amazing!) just a short walk away. Caterina was very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

Lovely property in a private/ gated development. Beautifully presented and spotless. Enjoys sensational views to the south, ocean and Fuerteventura in the distance. Roof terrace offers beautiful sunsets. 15 min walk to local shopping centre, with minimarket and pubs/ restaurants. 30 min walk to Rubicon Marina and one hour to Playa Blanca. May not be suitable if you don't/can't walk nor use a car; we like the walk. Certainly worth getting the pool heated in winter! Very responsive host!

We stayed for 7 days with 2 children in December. The villa was brilliant, exactly as described. The location is very peaceful, it's within easy walking distance of supermarkets and close to papagayo beach. Caterina was an extremely helpful host, very responsive. Would recommend for families.

Caterina's Villa is lovely, very quiet in a peaceful area, nearest shop is 10 Minute walk away, as is the nearest bus stop to get into Playa Blanca. Nearest bar and restaurant is about 15 minute walk away that we used. It is about a 30 minute walk to the Rubicon Marina and then a further 25 mins into Playa Blanca. Caterina was fantastic from the start as we needed a couple of extra fans for the other 2 bedrooms as they only have ceiling fans that as we had two babies did not cool the room enough. Caterina delivered these to us the following day ! I would recommend this villa and we would stay again.

Casa Desi was perfect for us. The place was so clean and beautiful, as in the pictures. We did not rent a car and found it easy to walk or catch the local bus to the places we needed. Also the closest bus stop was where most tours picked up as well which was handy. We would absolutely stay again! Caterina was so lovely, quick to respond and super helpful! Already looking forward to our next visit to Lanzarote!

We loved our stay at Casa Desi. The house and location was perfect for us. Spacious, modern, and super clean. The kitchen was extremely well kitted out with plenty of utensils, crockery, glasses, coffee machine etc and basic condiments, which was really helpful. The beds and pillows were nice and comfy, which makes a big difference as this isn't always the case in many places! Lovely views from the roof across to Fueteventura and mountains to the back. Really close to the Papagayo beaches, which are beautiful. Easy 20 minute stroll to the Marina Rubicon. Taxi was less than 5 euros back. It felt nice and peaceful at the villa, the pool was perfect to dip in and the larger communal pool was awesome too. Felt really spoilt. Communication with Caterina was always very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend. Thank you so much, we had a fab time.

Im Großen und Ganzen ist die Villa wirklich wunderschön. Sie ist modern, gut ausgestattet, sauber, großzügig und leicht zu finden. Vom Dach aus hatten wir eine fantastische Aussicht, sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts, wenn man die Sterne beobachten konnte. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, den wir erwähnen möchten, betrifft den Pool. Dieser war von der Größe her absolut ausreichend und sogar beheizbar, jedoch hatten wir ein paar Mal Probleme mit der automatischen Reinigung. Caterina hat allerdings schnell darauf reagiert und uns dabei unterstützt.

We had a wonderful holiday in Casa Desi. From the outset, Caterina was responsive and super helpful. The house is virtually brand new on a small lovely modern, contemporary development. Caterina has furnished it in a contemporary style, to a good standard. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed in November and spent most of our time by the pool. Even though the weather was good and temperature was circa 24 a 27 degrees each day, we paid extra to heat the pool, this took the edge off and was good for evening. Great views from the roof terrace, lovely spot to watch the sunshine and set! We didn’t hire a car on this occasion, a taxi to the Rubicon marina was €6 and easy to arrange. Most evenings we walked a 10min stroll to the nearby square where there is a small supermarket with most things available. Also a few bars and tapas restaurants, authentically Spanish and wonderful fresh food, Furancho was our favourite, always busy and many Spanish eating there, always a good sign.

Family of four had a fantastic stay, although the villa is big enough for a few couples or a family of 6. The villa is brand new, very spacious, well equipped and perfectly clean. Caterina was very helpful and responsive. 5 minute drive into Playa Blanca and the Marina. The pool was cold when we arrived and Caterina made sure that the pool team came promptly to increase the temperature. Thanks Caterina for a great stay!

We had the most incredible stay at Casa Desi. Caterina was so friendly and helpful, from before we had booked until check out. She provided all the info we needed ahead of our stay, waited to greet us for check in, despite us having car delays meaning it was very late when we got there. The house was simply gorgeous, fully equipped with everything we needed and more and with lots of little details to make it a truly lovely stay. From coffee pods, to washing liquid, biscuits and shampoo, Caterina had stocked us up with so many thoughtful products. The house was incredibly comfortable with gorgeous furniture, lovely decor and a very peaceful, zen vibe. The pool was great and the area around it perfectly equipped with sun loungers, comfy sofa and tables and chairs. The grass was great for morning Pilates! The neighbourhood was peaceful, quiet and it was a short walk to the front, restaurants and shops. We couldn’t recommend Casa Desi more - thank you so much Caterina!
