The space

The house is a flat on the ground floor with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, two bedrooms, and a terrace on the second floor, which is a cosy space for 4 guests.
You will find everything you need in the kitchen for a pleasant and comfortable stay to prepare a good breakfast or a romantic dinner.

The bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two bunk beds, are comfortable spaces for families and groups of friends. Each one has a built-in wardrobe, so you can store all your luggage and have the entire space of the room to yourself.

Finally, the terrace located on the second floor of the house allows you to enjoy an open space but at the same time protected from the typical winds of the Canary Islands. You will be able to take advantage of this space for breakfast or dinner in good company.

The neighbourhood

Sardina del Norte is a natural and peaceful area. It is perfect if you are looking for a place to relax, close to a beautiful blue flag beach, sandy and quiet for sunbathing and swimming in crystal clear waters.

Just 3 minutes from the house is one of the best restaurants on the island, La Pizarra, where you can eat in front of the sea or dine with a spectacular sunset.

House rules

In the house, it is very important to respect the following rules:

- Smoking is not allowed
- No parties or noise after 11 PM.
- Do not stain textiles of the house such as sofa, sheets, towels or damage furniture or other objects of the house. Any damage caused will be charged as a refund.
- At checkout, leave the house tidy, with the kitchen clean, without dirty dishes and rubbish in the way.
- Take care of your rubbish and do not leave it in the house.

These are small rules that make the stay comfortable for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation.

Guest access

The accommodation is located on the ground floor. The space will be at the full disposal of the guests, and there is no area to be shared with other people.

Also, the terrace, which is reached via stairs leading to the first floor of the building, is a space that you can enjoy alone.

A really excellent little flat, extremely close to the beach in Sardina, and Vanessa was very helpful and excellent at communicating, even arranging an early check in for us. We were a couple so only used the main bedroom, which was very comfy. it was nice to have a smart TV so we could log in to our netflix account and watch a film. the kitchenware is good quality and in good condition so cooking was very pleasurable. the rooftop terrace doesn't have a view but is nice option for relaxing and eating dinner. the only small negative is that shower was at times only tepid rather than hot (at other times it was fully hot). this wasn't a big problem for us but if piping hot showers are essential for you it may be something to consider. in terms of the location, Sardina has less going on than Galdar (which is bigger). Agaete, nearby, is a nicer town than. Sardina, though the beach is not so nice. Sardina also has a scuba/snorkeling school/hire. we saw lots of cool fish whilst snorkelling.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, über eine Treppe ist man in 1min am Strand. Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus. Das kleine Örtchen ist richtig nett. Die Kommunikation vor/während des Aufenthalts war sehr freundlich und schnell. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Zwei Kritikpunkte gibt es allerdings: Das Sofa im Aufenthaltsbereich ist völlig durchgesessen & wenig gemütlich. Leider sind auch die Matratzen in dem kleineren Schlafzimmer für eine erwachsene Person unzumutbar.

El alojamiento es muy acogedor, una buena zona a un minuto de la playa de Puerto Sardina. Lo único que echamos en falta fueron algunos utensilios básicos (como por ejemplo un estropajo para poder fregar), pero por lo demás todo perfecto.
