This cosy ground floor apartment in Usera is designed to offer comfort and style. It has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, and a secondary bedroom with bunk bed, perfect for children or friends. The living room is a bright and spacious space, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a modern and functional design. The entire flat has been carefully decorated to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

- Care of Space: Treat the flat with respect and care, as if it were your own home.
- In our commitment to respect local rules, we inform you that the recommended time to take out the rubbish is from 20:00h to 23:00h, according to the municipal regulations of Madrid. When you confirm your reservation, we will provide you with more information about the collection point and other details for proper waste management.
