The space

You'll have the entire apartment to yourself, cared for down to the last detail so you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

Inside you'll find:
- a bright, comfortable living and sleeping area
- a fully equipped kitchen, ready for anything from a morning coffee to a full dinner (Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer and complete tableware)
- a bathroom with shower and toilet
- washing machine, iron and storage space
- quality bed linen and towels
- air conditioning for the warmer days and Wi-Fi to keep you connected

And to top it off, a private balcony overlooking the pool, perfect for relaxing.

Within the residence you can enjoy:
- a communal swimming pool (open from 10:00 to 21:00) to cool off whenever you like
- a small green area for sunbathing
- a terrace with pool views

One thing to keep in mind: the residence has no lift, so there are 36 steps up to the apartment. Our tip: travel light and enjoy.

The neighbourhood

You'll be staying right in the centre of Torrevieja, one of the most authentic and lively spots on the Costa Blanca. Playa del Cura, with its golden sand and crystal-clear water, is just 900 metres away — a pleasant 10-minute stroll. Everything you need is within walking distance, no car required: bakeries, tapas bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and local shops are all just steps away. The atmosphere is peaceful at night and full of life during the day, perfect for soaking up the Mediterranean pace. The seafront promenade, ideal for an evening walk, is close by, and great transport links let you explore the whole coast with ease.

House rules

We want you and the neighbours to enjoy a calm and pleasant stay, so we kindly ask you to keep these simple rules in mind:

- Check-in from 4:00 PM · Check-out by 11:00 AM
- No smoking inside the apartment
- No pets allowed
- No parties or gatherings
- No more guests than stated in the booking (maximum 2 guests)
- Quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, out of respect for the neighbours
- The pool is open from 10:00 to 21:00; please enjoy it respectfully so everyone can too
- Treat the apartment as if it were your own and leave it clean and tidy

Lovely studio in a great location with a pool. Plenty of cafés and shops nearby, and the main beach is less than a 10-minute walk away. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, and everything worked perfectly. The only minor downsides were the low water pressure in the evenings (common in resort towns) and the sofa, which wasn't very comfortable. Special thanks to Gianluca for the late-night communication and help with check-in!

La verdad es que me encantó el lugar, me conquistó el pequeño balcón con vista a la piscina. La estadía fue muy agradable, el departamento está súper bien ubicado, a un par de cuadras de la playa, cerca de supermercados y restaurantes. Una de las cosas más importantes es que es tranquilo y no hay ruido por las noches ( yo viajo con mi hijo de 7 años) así que es primordial. El único detalle, es que la cama era incómoda, se hundía pero el resto impecable. También mencionar que la piscina estaba siempre limpia ( ya que se hace a diario). Y por último, la comunicación con los anfitriones siempre fue fluida y rápida. Esperamos volver!

Her şey dört dörtlüktü. Konumu güzeldi, plaja yakındı. Her mesajımıza çok hızlı yanıt aldık. Kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Her şey düşünülmüştü evin içi, dekoru, konulan eşyalara varasıya çok özenilmişti. Havuzu çok güzel, tam lokal halk içerisindesiniz. Güzel komşular, güzel bir mahalle. Eve giriş çok kolay çünkü birebir gelip yardımcı olunuyor. Airbnb’de daha güzel bir konaklama yaşamamıştım. Evinizde gibi hissetmek istiyorsanız mutlaka tercih edilmeli, güvenli bir yer✌️
